Does it work? Yes….I installed one quickly and easily and was amazed by the accuracy and realtime reading as changes occurred. The estimates are right in line with my last months bill as I would expect July and August. Also, I realized I accidentally left the water on outside (I have a well) when I saw a greater reading on the monitor than there should be and started to investigate the cause. Now I actually have a very good feel for what the consumption is each time I turn something on.
