Where Would the Best Place to Live Geographiclly in the Event That Planet X Comes Too Close to Earth?
ByI’ve been keeping up on the possible 2012 catastrophic near earth collision with planet x. I was wondering if anyone knew where and why a place would be safer than another. A basic geographic location, for example: pacific northwest, mid west, far east, etc.

The safest place would be somewhere without internet access.
Hoaxes like these can really scare people who don’t have critical thinking skills.

Read Timothy Ferris’ book, Red Limit. It is called Nemesis star, not planet X, and there is a high probablility that something like it exists. It is not known with certainty because there was no one to witness it the last time is came around. It may not have any merit but it is interesting to read about it.

There is NO planet X.
It is a hoax.
Rest easy “concerned”.

There is no scientific evidence that a planet x exist.
There is no scientific evidence that any planet is going to get too close to Earth.
There is no scientific evidence that there is going to be a catastrophe in the year 2012.
And so, there is no need for any geographical location.

First and foremost, there is no Planet X nor is there any object that will collide with Earth in 2012. Period.
Next, in any event that a planet collides with our own, there is not a single place on Earth that you will survive. You’re speaking of a “planet” here. If asteroids can cause mass extinctions, how much more would a planet which if in any case should be bigger and more massive than a dwarf planet or any asteroid.
Again, there is no Planet X, no Nibiru and not even Nemesis star. They are all imaginary objects created by greedy people who only care for money. Please, don’t be fooled. And oh, your avatar name sounds more like a troll when you’re asking this. Do some research yourself:

Actually, protecting yourself from Planet X is simple. Make yourself a tinfoil hate, wear it 24/7, and I can absolutely with 100% scientific and logical surety completely GUARANTEE that you will not be harmed by Planet X in 2012. Or any other year for that matter.
See, science has an answer for everything.

Anywhere on Mars. Get there while you still can!
…in the mean time, please find out how someone has managed to figure out where and when an unknown planet (with an unknown mass and orbit) will hit anything.

Planet X does not exist.
Tired of hearing that, yet?
Ignoring the fact that Planet X doesn’t exist, if you examine your question from a purely hypothetical viewpoint, it recalls the book “When Worlds Collide” by Philip Wylie and Edwin Balmer, where the main characters contemplated the exact same thing, finally settling on the Northern Wisconsin, Upper Peninsula of Michigan area, as the most geologically stable and temperate of weather.
