I and the vast majority of people are doing nothing because there’s no need to. There won’t be any pole shift. It’s an invention by a bunch of frauds and hoaxers. So is galactic alignment. There won’t be any alignment between the Sun and the galaxy which doesn’t take place every single year.

While the magnetic poles do wander, they also take thousands of years to change ends, the process is so gradual that there is no disaster. The geographic poles do wobble a very little but there is no force known that can make them change big time. In reality the Moon helps to keep them stable. But even if the Moon was not there, they would stay pretty steady for millenia at a time.

So it got turned into the end of the world for commercial purposes. Profit is the only motive, the source of the profits are gullible kids and adults who are – well you know.
