This we could really here in Laredo. I miss the Labyrinth I went to walk in Austin.
They really help one get answers, becoming centered and peaceful. A wonderful form of Meditation

This is an wonderfully complete and whole description of the why and how of walking a labyrinth. The views of walking and the peaceful commentary and music, subtly draw one into the meditative state. A labyrinth I would love to walk.

This is sooooooooooo cool. I have lived with this place all of my life. I learned about it thru my mom and grandma. I have walked the labyrinth many times and have introduced it to many people and they have loved it. thank you for doing these short videos.

@taleeni Nice. There are free lectures each day, anyone can look at the readings upstairs. There are services in the old hospital/original A.R.E. Building you can do (for a fee, of course), that are great, including massages, colonics, steam baths, etc. Nice spiritual bookstore and meditation room in the new building, and a big spiritual library you can peruse upstairs. Also, not far away are the wild ponies in Assateague and Chincoteague area.
