I’ve heard that fluoride exposure in the shower is actually mostly absorbed when you ingest it, like if while you’re taking a shower and you accidentally swallow some or it. A lot of it gets in your nose, eyes, and ears too. If you take cool/cold showers then you won’t really have to worry so much about it being absorbed through your pores. Just don’t take baths. Take quick cool showers and try your best not to ingest it. That should keep most of it out if you’re being forced into exposure now.

I get “REAL CANADIAN Natural Spring Water” it says it has 0 ppm of fluroide in it but I called up the company and they said it had 0.03 ppm of fluoride in it.
So my buddy owns a store that sells fluoride filters
readysupply . ca < no spaces, u can buy the fluoride filters from there.
I use the filters and I drink my water

There are bottles of water that do not have fluoride in it.
And the bottles that do have fluoride in it is lower ppm than the tap water

Also, not all municipalities have fluoride in its water system. Montreal for example doesn’t. I drink tap water all the time.

so the ppl doing this shower in bottled water? how do u get rid of it boiling..?also i heard on the radio that the plastic from pop/ h2o bottles and all canned food has pbc or pcb and its in receipts from stores and it can make u sterile and wears down ur immune system kidneys sort of like flouride.. and apparently shrinks ur wedding tackle.. maybe thats wats really poisoning us cuz why would they poison all the water thats drinkable and do they have a reason why its added? just a thought…

this whole thing goes way much deeper than just messing with the water supplies and food…..poisoned food is just fraction of what they are doing (we call them the the men behind the presidents and prime ministers) <—-the people who are publicly hidden from you, the same poeple who sELECT your leader instead leting you elect…havent you guys noticed how their behaivior change as soon they are throned ? and they all go toward one direction …..im tired of wakung up sheepys.

@jimmyjames519 Norway and Sweeden are rich countries they dont allow fluoridation. Fluoridation gets pressed in populated areas because instead of well water you have people who rely on water from a treatment center, so its easier to poison people like that, and they will press hard again and again in places where it is as easy as flicking a switch. It has nothing to do with weather a country is rich, it has to do with crowded population, cities and so forth. They cant poison each well.

@WakingUpCanada rainwater harvesting filters if you have your own house but flouride filters are out of most peoples budgets, so yes there is a dillema, including plastice waste from bottled water. The solution is clear… protest.

@irongiant20012001 obviously its not factual, knowledge like that is surpressed and there is no way to prove since our greedy brothers and sisters hide secret stone tablets and paper scrolls that can give us for real historical facts….
