True, I’m worried about the future too. Everyone is. But worrying doesn’t equal being paranoid about a story which has been completely pulled out of someones ass to make profit from your fear. There were also supposed to be doomsdays on 2000, 2001, 2004, 2005 and 2007. Why would 2012 be the true one?

What are you basing this on? Medical research provides us with better cures constantly, we can now predict natural disasters better than ever before et cetera. Just because the media is dramatizing things does not mean that we are headed into oblivion.

@olyfag You can’t back your statement up, because it’s not 2012 yet. Whether 2012 is true or not, does it really matter?, just see what is going on in the world now, and to be honest, it really does’nt look to good.
Anyone who has never had an pyschedelic experience, do not see the big picture, and therefor can not comment on whether we are heading for oblivion or not People who are worried about now and the future are aware people, not people who walk ariound with there own little problems.

It is also a known likelihood that there is no doomsday in 2012. Also, I didn’t understand the rest of your post. Buy their books? I’m not going to fund an organization which profits from the paranoia of their consumers.

@olyfag Oh dear. Its known fact that there is no santa hunny and there is more than one 2012 theory, but thats just it they are just theories. They can gather evidence to sway you and make u buy there books but ultimately 2012 will be the decider. Im not worried, never said I was. Tis good to be aware of your surroundings….

You’re right. Neither do I have a proof that Santa Claus doesn’t exist. But the likelihood of that is so small it is nothing to worry about. If there really was a secret planet heading our way, it would have been found out already. The main basis of the 2012 theories is based on few historical specimen which have been intentionally misinterpreted to serve the purpose for “proving” their theory.

I was referring to the masses who blissfully swallow every bit of impulsively warped information that is proposed to them, and proceed to repeat it as a mantra. By this I mean most of the 2012-UFO-conspiracist folks. I have nothing towards Terence, as I don’t know who he is. His belief, however, is laughable at best.

This “theory” about the 2012 doomsday is just a crappy hypothesis without any objective basis. What is picked up as a “proof” for this event is just a bunch of non sequitur bullshit and exaggerated misinterpretations which are touted by a few uneducated idiots with personal biases.
Even more sad, some people actually start to believe this shit.

I think its reasonable to say that those in power have lied to the masses many times are still lying and will continue to lie as long as they can so all thses so called authorites on science and other info that are under the help of government are just telling people lies that nothing is coming in 2012. All those in science try and smash 2012 theories but they are working from a very narrow range of ideas and info. Mckenna was in tune to much more so were anchients, 2012 will be a turning point!

Maybe those in power know 2012 is going to bring massive change and since they are in power they dont want to let anyone know about it till its already upon us that way they can check out with no consequences from people that suspected they were holding something back from the masses. I would feel alot more certain in believing anchient cultures didnt go through all the work to put out the 2012 date just for it be some kind of deception.
