NGC 1530 is a little over 100 light years away if im right but someone correct me if wrong. Currently there is no telescope on earth or in orbit both being the keck and hubble that can see this much detail on an object that is so far away, let alone see it rotating!!!

If you are REALLY (and most likely not) a user of a telescope then you can tell us the sky coordinates you were focused on where you say you found this object. Otherwise, this is just another doomsday commentary from yet another miserable soul who probably hates the world and himself.
