Taiwan pushes firms to cut emissions in exchange for expansion
Taiwan is forcing some of its largest companies — including China Steel Corp (ä¸é‹¼) — to cut emissions in return for permission to expand in the country, where greenhouse-gas output per capita is almost three times the world average.
