But what about dosage control and individual sensitivity?
Let’s pretend that i only need to spend 39 minutes outside to get my required dose, but i spend a couple of hours? Every day for several years? Could there be a risk of an overdose?

why type of air filtration system would someone suggest? Hepa quality enough? i know it is destroying water and soil, however buying any sort of time with less Al in my air the better.

@STickyFingeRKoMA I’ll check it out tomorrow, was looking at the videos just now of JP Morgan shorting silver and keeping silver prices low to scoop up trillions of dollars. I wish they’d start spending some of that money so we can all go back to work. Im assuming you do steal money so you can spend it and that will be good for the economy thats a positive way of looking at it

Your sodium flouride is also a byproduct of the aluminum industry so they’ve decided to feed us that good stuff too, mmmmm good makes me feel lazy and content.
