It’s totally undeniable that the creation myth in Jewish and Christian mythology in the Torah was passed down to them while the Jews were in Babylon (which IS the area of Sumer, just a later culture). For instance, Abraham was a Babylonian. Did you know that? And other Babylonian/Akkadian/Sumerian writings made it into Jewish dogma, like the Talmud.
