You can run the rocket with one stage or 2 stages. We tried to run with 2 stages, but the Center of Pressure falls behind the center of mass and we had an unstable flight. When we ran with just one stage we had a flawless flight.

also where the first stage rocket is did it come off?

Just one motor. 2 Motors are, in my opinion, unstable in this rocket.

Did you have 1 or 2 motors in that coz i didnt hear the second one (if not the second one is very quiet)
