It was not used for good in Bible times… it was used to smite whole cities (Sodam & Gamora), and therefor the Bible is wrought with FEAR… which is NOT the nature of the consciousness of all, of God. They bring forth intension into manifestation, but if the intension is in fear (anything NOT Unconditional Love… which is about 90% of all of humanities thoughts) not only will it energetically harm another… it will harm the one who intended it. @its1984 Maybe it’s b/c he found out that scalar waves also affect behavior. Those with fear thoughts (any thought of seperation from all, lacking unconditional Love) become violent and angry. Those in unconditional Love begin to have extra sensory abilities of telepathy, etc. Those very divided become confused, and those that are stuck on material items are oblivious. Too bad Scott hasn’t updated his weatherwars info site but once in the past year.. I smell something fishy. Why has he nothing to say about the crisis in the gulf right now? Why has he removed all of his hurricane manipulation pages from his site? I used to direct everybody who would listen to his information.. now he just tries to sell his ORMUS bullsh** and do radio appearances. Oh and by the way his best buddy is none other than Richard Heene, father of Balloon Boy.

The midwest is saturated nearly everyday!
20 sometimes before 8 am breakfast.
As well as the ripple effect looking strangeness. Much ado about nothing…..I hardly think so!
Just my 6 sense.

Thank-you Scott. We are seeing some of the same kinds of strange cloud formations and chemtrails in Whangarei, New Zealand – and we have a drought in a region that normally gets plenty of rain.

I just watch those coloured clouds last week. it was very scary. not a day without spraying here. (Germany)

I have been watching the skies since I was five years old, and I am still not convinced.
Can someone give me a scientific explanation of how a contrail can develop under cirrus or altostratus? I have seen this numerous times.

The cloud formation at 2:30, that is SO undeniable proof of some manipulation going on. Completely unnatural!
