Japanese refiner Cosmo Oil Co (5007.T: Quote) said operations at its Yokkaichi refinery in central Japan stopped from around 5:20 a.m. on Wednesday (2020 GMT Tuesday) due to an electricity outage. It is not yet clear when operations will restart, although the firm began preparing fo this after electricity returned at around 8 a.m., a company spokesman said.
