www.youtube.com Brent Miller, of The Horizon Project, has warned of mounting evidence that Earth is due for a polar shift which will end civilization as we know it. “It could happen tomorrow, it could happen 50 years from now, but all the evidence that we’ve been able to collect indicates that the next one is about to happen,” Miller cautioned of the global catastrophe that he sees as imminent. Describing the cataclysmic changes which would befall the planet during such an event, Miller said that as the poles move, the equator will be upended as well. According to him, this will result in widespread geographical changes due to wild gravitational shifts. Noting the preponderance of water on the planet, he said that “during this sloshing about, as Earth wobbles and reorients itself, what happens is that the waters literally decimate all the coastal areas around the planet.” Painting a grim picture of a post-shift world, Miller estimated that the event would “wipe out four billion people within six months and then a ‘Mad Max’ scenario.” Miller explained that the Horizon Project based their forecast for a polar shift on a growing number of anomalies around the world. He cited weather oddities, such as snowfall in Baghdad for the first time in over 100 years and the increase in earthquakes in unlikely locations. All arguements aside.If this thing doesnt start turning up for all to see in a few months then its time to move on.Its supposed to be heading up over the eclipic into the nothern hemisphere on march 04.guys,im at 3000 feet in australia and no one has seen it yet.?……….wont be long for us all to really see the truth aye…thanks.

@vitto You shouldn’t be to haste. I mean you cant for see the future. We never know what will happen in our everyday lives… And yeah they really don’t know when the Pole Shifts, end will happen, but who knows 2012 might be the date. So instead of everyone saying how its false and all that cause they got it wrong a lot just wait and see if it is another failure then awesome, if it is true then damn.

Perhaps December 21st 2012 will go un-noticed, however there are many people, including great intelectuals such as Terence Mckenna who believe something big may happen on this date. Whether it is a pole shift or perhaps even a shit in our consiousness who knows, but to completely disregard it as “crap” is both ignorant and stupid.

The poles reverse their polarity, but over much larger spans of time (the last one was 780,000 years ago). The north and south poles wonder all the time. Our latitude and longitude lines are approximately in the center of the wonder zone which is much smaller than you said. How do scientist know this? Look into paleomagnetism.
