I don“t think so.I understand that telescope mirriors have the reflective layer to the outside. Beauty mirrors usually have the glass outside, so they reflect twice. Besides they are no so precise, I guess

thanks i have a magnified mirror but never use it on such distance i did how ever burn something 25 feet in my garage by facing the sun light in my garage and use the lens from that reflection and works as well as out in sunlight.

Can you put this mirrors pointing into iron tubes full of water and produce vapor pressure and move a generator right? can you do that experiment? i think some big companies have made this but no the DIY way

The Fresnel Lens has better optics by a bit so a Clear Spot Lens is stronger. A parabolic mirror home made 95% mirror is close to the same if the sizes were equal. Thank You

which one is best or produce more heat if the’y where the same size: the curve mirror, the DIY mirror or frensel lens?

be nice to live there, its nearly winter here in australia. the nights are getting cold.
but the days have been warm, gettin to about nearly 70.f.
i would like to make a large parabolic mirror or get a large fresnel by the way.
