i seen this video at work at a safety meeting… it’s an American sub-station where they tripped a breaker for maintenance – but it was still energized… the crew was disciplined for not following work control procedures… see the breaker slide to the side as it opens in the initial seconds of the massive arcing due to the high voltage of our electrical grid (155-765 kv)
