I used to meditate some years ago, and I must say that it was the most peaceful and content I have ever been, I am sat here wondering why I gave it up….time to tune into me again i think…. thanks for posting track

@RayBushfox I use it for that too, but it works wonders for sleep as well. And that kind of fits in with all that. Sometimes you need a good rest to get that feeling of peace and harmony and all that. It has many uses.

Practising Reiki promotes a feeling of peace, harmony and being at ease with oneself, and it also aids in the process of healing the mind and body.

@crystalwatersflow No one can say that. There is no such thing as more deserving. But it is the conditions of a social environment that dictates how actions are made. It’s not so much the starving person is more deserving, the conditions are just bad and he was following his instinct for survival. Any other animal would do the same thing.

@tantifheroz That completely depends on the culture he’s from and the lifestyle he’s lived. Some people have a different view on reality then others, and that view is developed from the environment he’s been around. And if that environment encourages the idea of killing out of necessity is okay, then he’s going to do it. People kill others for far worse ideologies but do not view it as a sin. People used to stone people to death in the past and they considered it righteous, but nowadays thatsbad

@necridos i disagree. a person suffering from starvation will know it’s wrong, but will do it anyway. They don’t suddenly think it’s not evil to kill someone just because they are starving.
