The ET’s(benevolent species) want the governments of the world to come clean and tell the people the truth, which about 80% of us believe we are not alone. The only way to get the secret out is to give amnesty to those that have been sworn to secrecy. The black government will never willingly come clean to their dastardly deeds so the people must force their hand and amnesty is the only way to do that..Now how do we get an “amnesty law” written on the next election ballot?

At most, it might could catch a reflected heat signature, but not simple light , especially not sunlight in space, being as the light at contact point would not likely be hot enough to reflect.However, really don’t think this was IR anyway. So, kinda mute point, nevertheless, the simple importance of IR is that it will only return heat of a certain index, thus, without serious tech, or a piece of glass or wall, nothing hot can hide from it. Aim an IR at night sky, what you see? not much. a bird?

@Crashboy1024 ROFLMAO You have no idea how much I actually have had to test and redesign, and implement my own written software for these things. I’m not the salesman. LOL, trust me, I know from REAL WORLD APPLICATION exactly what shows and what doesn’t. I use 3, 5, and 10K$ Flir cameras everyday for test, design, and implementation. So don’t for one second think I don’t know what I’m talking about. Secondly, IR simply does not pik up directly reflected light, period. I’ve seen it not do it!

@SpYk3HH Infrared cameras pick up infrared radiation, be it emitted by a hot object, or reflected by an object (yes, infrared waves reflect just like any other waves, including light waves. Brush up on your electromagnetic radiation theory).
And there’s a difference between selling something, and actually knowing how something works.

@c2ash quite a stretch. that didn’t look like space junk to me. also. they were all going one direction. space junk would float in random directions.

lol, its all “space junk!” Parts of wrecked satellites and whatnot floating around in our atmosphere! Its really a dangerous issue when they are up there not to collide into them because it can cause serious damage to the space craft.
