@Fringe13 yeah i know..but its so stupid and makes no sense and there are literally thousands of variations of the beliefs… its not based on reality or evidence… or reason…. there is no real links between the reasons people believe this stuff. Its just half thought out assumptions and speculation based on an even bigger pile of assumptions worked out to look like a viable belief system

@DisforDubby I respect your opinion (i myself dont beleive in it either) but you need to know the whole story behind their religon before you say anything about it. god created people with “free will” there for he has no control if someone kills or is nice. So when satan became evil he made him like the keeper of evil you might say. there for all of the evil people will go down and be punished, and when you are nice and all that stuff you go up and are rewarded.

@DisforDubby Because a God of love would not just do that, his character was under question by the great accuser who had put doubt in the minds of heavenly beings. So he had to let things take their course to prove the true nature of both sides, His death on the cross being the ultimate act of love and sacrifice. Rather you can accept what has been done or not, but dont be disappointed on the Last Day thinking that you never knew or had a chanced to accept Him.

@cornerstone111 listen, I know all of what you are talking about – I really and truly do. However you have to understand that non of it is real, and you are covered under a blanket of religious-type-mindedness. Its just another attempt to construct a viable understanding of the why of reality, but in the end, it does not hold. Let me ask you, why do you think God would create and allow a being such as Satan to kill children? Why would he cast him out of Heaven to Earth? Why not just delete him?

@DisforDubby I take it as a warning from the Son of Man in the Olivet Sermons, but it is not until we see the Abomination of Desolation spoken of by Daniel the Prophet that the end has come.. Natural disasters, wars, decline of society and its morals, floods, famines etc are only the beginning of the birth pangs.

@cornerstone111 yeah i’ve heard that stuff before. unfortunately, that actually means nothing since your basis is rooted in religious speculation and the reality that of the situation can be understood scientifically as it is a completely normal part of the planet based on the laws that govern how stellar bodies form and function throughout their lives.

amazing but destructive, and all the people who say what’s with all the natural disasters it’s not anything new that’s how the world works and the world used to be a giant volcano pretty much billions of years ago
