Ad-lib, I was not going from a script! much like my teachers in the ’70′s . This is a bit of ironic humor but Tesla to anyone who has watched the 3-4 hour long documentaries on Google video will know he wanted everyone to learn so I thought I’d give it a shot. In a recession and power tight times he may have one alternative, when you consider a large salvaged plasma screen TV fresnel lense can generate a 3-4″ hotspot 4 hours a day at 800f or so 5-6 can make a lot of steam pressure I assume. You can also generate a sun hot spot with a dish lined with very reflective aluminum tape or better yet a mirror. Nikola Tesla also wanted to inspire individuals not commerce to use his technology and machines to better their lives through science. This was part of my reason for ever thinking of making these turbines. He had been said to say it was one if not the most important invention he ever conceived. It could very well been the motive power in his famous “capacitor” driven Peirce Arrow 3000lb + motor car that did 90mph.In the early 1930-20′s 90mph is like space travel now. . So I hope that you will enjoy my thoughts on this the Nikola Tesla turbine, I hope that other will choose to build their own with or without the parts I sell on my site. Hi. about 4-8 hours of actual straight hard work plus waterjet cutting and transpo 10-14 days. See attached video for newest 2.02. I could make one half the size but the mass of rotor would be demo only I do not think a big DC motor could be driven. I’d have to get into some micro work and new cad would be $750.- 1000 the mini turbine about $750.
