@alfred963 Those circle clouds? those form over mountain tops. They have a certain name but i cant think of it from the top of my head..there always mistaken for UFO’s

@RecalcitrantBiznis It is very difficult to be 100% sure about HAARP involvement looking at several frames even if the shape of the clouds is not a very regular or natural one. Some elements may draw attention to HAARP: the secrecy around HAARP is the first reason to my mind. Thank you!

I think you’ll need more than clouds to prove HAARP’s involvement. It’s quite probable that HAARP was involved, however this video is not proof, it’s not even suggestive of foul play. I don’t get it. Can you explain to me please what it is in particular that you see as being proof of HAARP at work?

@alfred963 If you chose to call them lenticular its ur choice. But the cause still remains: HAARP at work. Do your own search for lenticular clouds before talking.

Those are lenticular clouds, and have nothing to do with haarp interference. Why don’t you do some weather 101 before you post such a stupid video.
