How to Make Wind Turbine Copper Coils Yourself Stator Do It Yourself Cheap DIY
By
how to make PERFECT copper coils for wind turbines. I have taken the best of several ideas and put them all together on this video on how to make, tight, do it yourself, dyi, winding copper coils on a stator of a generator, of the wind turbine. I use magnent copper wire. This will worke on vertical and horizontal turbines. the rotor will be the next step. Build your own copper coil machine.

Hello there, if you want your coils as efficient as possible, you should keep winding really precise, one turn pretty next to another one, and keep all the turns in nice layers, thin masking tape really helps, exactly the same way as winding in transformer. ….no offense to anybody, but many people who are working on their own generators don’t mind that and after all their are disappointed by result.

The center of the coil should be about the diameter of the magnents. The height of the coil should be about 1/2 the width of the diameter of the magnents. Based on the information of your magnents you will get the amount of winds per coil. Diffrent guage wire will also play a part in determining the amount of winds per coil.
