An 8.8 magnitude earthquake in Chile, put the state of Hawaii in a tsunami warning status and at 11:40pm it hit the big island. this the live footage of the hawaii tsunami in action.

I wonder what is on the top of the screen up to 13 seconds, out of nowhere and vanish like ghosts,¿¿is it possible to be a helicopter??
