Have U Heard of Stephan Cantos of Dewitt Const. Sell a Michigan Energy Loan Program for Home Improvements?

Sells home improvements using Michigan Home Energy Loan program that was created by Gov. Blanchard’s administration.
He gets permission to run a credit check, driver’s license, but doesn’t disclose the rate of the loan.

Try searching for “Michigan Home Energy Loan”. I only found your question when I did. Same with “Stephan Cantos”. That does not mean this person does not exist or is dishonest.
Have you tried contacting Dewitt Construction, I was able to find an address in New Era for the company. I suggest calling to verify he works for the company and/or asking questions about the loan program including interest rates.
Perhaps that’s not the actual name of the loan program.
If there’s a question, I suggest contacting your local police.
