Project HAARP: Overview The Pentagon’s provocative plan to superheat the earth’s ionosphere The HAARP phased-array transmitter zaps the earth’s ionosphere with high-frequency radio waves. In an Arctic compound 200 miles east of Anchorage, Alaska, the Pentagon has erected a powerful transmitter designed to beam more than a gigawatt of energy into the upper reaches of the atmosphere. Known as Project HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program), the million experiment involves the world’s largest “ionospheric heater,” a prototype device designed to zap the skies hundreds of miles above the earth with high-frequency radio waves. Why irradiate the charged particles of the ionosphere (which when energized by natural processes make up the lovely and famous phenomenon known as the Northern Lights)? Very clever that we can do all these things to win a war or something.

2

@ISamuelII Old suckers like you shouldnt say lol. I am 27 and I avoid it…so please dont try to be cool and easy going ok?
So you think you know me and can judge me just because you read my comments on utube. *clap* thats great. I dont have to apologize…but I would…I am a pretty fair guy. Never cared about boats. If you would tell me you designed the F23, I would kiss your ass.

3

@AnselmoFanZero “Well I can solder some devices you read about…so who is the slacker? ”

LOL Slayer OF slackers. What books are recommened,,,, apology or too hung up on oneself to go there??

4

@AnselmoFanZero just don’t go do what Telsa did, you would probably get too many x-rays from the high volt sparks.

5

@AnselmoFanZero Still no appology. What is it with kids, unless that was how you were raised, never to say thank you etc. Should I go read something?

6

@ISamuelII
Well gimme some real tools and I may be able to build a better “boat”. No need to impress me dude. I dont give a damn on your accomplishments. Like you said: Its a hobby…not more. So…

7

@AnselmoFanZero I guess you missed my resume, I’ve built many things people are actually using, and not in some hobby corner on scrap wood.

Look up USNS Zeus, but you will not be able to find out what her mission is or location. She was the last ship I was on, all hush hush and all. Did you know your IP is probably utilizeing the connections I’ve made all over the SW states. No, you see you are a sputnik with a life to learn things. Playing with laser bulbs is really an accomplishment.

8

@SlackerSlayer
There are those people who think they COULD do stuff all life time long, but never try. No further questions man :-)
Right now I am making some more serious stuff. Lets hope I dont kill myself during assemby.

9

@AnselmoFanZero Well there you go again. Yes I stopped by and you are making a few things that look interesting, so could I if I wanted one of those. Measure the FP/S.

10

What a complete waste of my time

11

@SlackerSlayer
Well I can solder some devices you read about…so who is the slacker? You are the kind of person WATCHING a hockey game, I am on the open ice getting hit, scoreing. Know what I mean? Dont try to impress me with “knowledge”. Wont work.

12

@AnselmoFanZero Really??? You are now saying “I give a shit on books.” when you last told me “Read a book dude….seriously.”

I think you are one of those moody beings that just likes to argue regardless due to some previous comment got to you, or just maybe you are constantly locked in that mood. Maybe some day I’ll take a video tour OF my book shelves and post it. I’d have to plan that out because they are scattered all over the house, catagorized. What would the next reply be, read Shakey?

13

@SlackerSlayer
Reading xD dude I can MAKE a thing which fries your damn brain. I give a shit on books. Theory and reality…know what I mean?
Keep on watching stuff made by other people believing every damn piece of conspiracy. I dont care.

14

@LoverOfTheBandBoston Yeah he knows about all of that and then some. That other guy gets all bent up over a common knowledge factor. He should have specified the type of beam, like deadly death rays or something. (iSam, not on my video side)

15

@AnselmoFanZero I have probably read more tech manuals on several different fields than you would ever want to. And my hobbies since the mid seventies have been hidden tech etc, so you had something to say somewhere sputnik?

16

@cvunit Not trying to prove you wrong….the evil elite are an obvious fact….this world is ruled and controlled by satanic psychopaths…but numerous people knew 911 was in the works and tried to warn…heck, Alex Jones predicted it 2 months in advance…the people who are payin attention are aware of what they’re doing

17

@caldude stfu you know my point is true, that numerous of people you are talking about were less than .001 of the population (not including those behind it) so how effective is that? today I’m not sure how many people know it was a inside job, but I sure know for fact it’s a huge number and now, it already happened and those behind it already did what they had planned, so fuck you for trying to prove me wrong.

18

@cvunit You idiot….numerous people knew about 911 before it happened.

19

@lannlann I noticed that too, perhaps he was trying to convey his humaness to us instead of doing a perfect edited version. Who knows you could be right, mabey agents are already targeting him with microwave weapons and mk ultra, who knows in this crazy world.

20

the greatest weapon to defeat a conspiracy is conspiracy itself, U.S government proposely create fake conspiracy so when dumb Americans here it they won’t believe any conspiracy, so for as much evidence a conspiracy have it’s still wrong in their mind. WE HAVE NO CLUEEE what they are planning and we will not know until it happens just like 9/11

21

@ISamuelII
Read a book dude….seriously.

22

i think we are naturally cooling ,but they are using chemtrails to warm things up

23

The narrator had too many mispronunciations and strange fade outs. Maybe HAARP was messing with his brain.

24

@dogismyth In the time it took you to think and write your comment, you could have typed HAARP into a search engine and done a bit of research. a most cursory index would have led you to Dr. Nick Begich and his bestselling book Angels dont play this HAARP. Then a few minutes more research would have shown you the over 21 patents held in the name of Dr. Eastland. Is it intellectual laziness upon your part, or is there another motivation for your ignorance?
