I have noticed this very often… you have done a good job to make it clear. It is definately not a natural cloud formation. Between this and the Chemtrails, i almost went into shock to see real clouds in a blue sky during the phony flight ban! Thanks for your interest in this. Is this from Sat24? I check out this area all the time.
Just looks like clouds to me. That seems like natural wind. It happens to sand in deserts so it seems reasonable to think it could happen to clouds. I am a very skeptical guy by nature though, so it wouldn’t strike me as odd if it were man made.
Sure looks like HAARP. Also looks like artificial clouds…See how sharp the natural clouds are cut off..Very strange indeed. Thanks for posting.5*s… I mean thumbs up!
