Lets say it is HAARP. But then, why USA or other country wanted to do that? The Bird Flu is also from USA, but spread to other countries. Why? If a country can control diseases and whether, they can control the economy flow. At this moment, USA is in economic crisis. I want consumer from outside USA, they sale vaccines. Stop production, send disasters. Eliminate problematic and unproductive nations. Take control on nations, send problem maker in those country, then come in or invade in as hero

The countries with HAARP (russia, US etc) will probably attack countries with HAARP and then deny everything and destroy every file and bit of existance of the operation and then send miltary aid. the military there would secrectly gain intel on the country. They would do this on many countries at a time. During the world anarchy they will act like good people, while stabbing them in the back. this will cause world war 3 and bring the end of the world. The mayans predicted 2012.
