Description:
Sixty people have been evacuated as fire crews battle a large blaze at the Visy cardboard factory in Springvale. Fourteen Country Fire Authority and Metropolitan Fire Brigade crews are tackling the blaze the Princes Hwy cardboard recycling factory. The fire started in a 150m by 40m cardboard storage shed at about 12.25pm and had spread to a further two sheds by 1.45pm. Seven CFA tankers, an MFB tanker and several support crews are at the scene.
