sooo HAARP is a good thing, since it created a high pressure dome, therefore bumping off all those Hurricains that were heading to the US.
Guess you conspiracy dumbasses need to rethink about the great potentials for the US using HAARP. Better that the US uses HAARP than China or Russia or some other country.
HAARP is a great thing because it would save American lives.

I’d wish they would have gone in to what’s actually in the chemtrails mix, Barium oxides, ect. and how harmfull that stuff is to inhale. They also did not touch upon the mind control aspect of chemtrials and HAARP. But It’s a start. Still can’t believe this aired.

A severe “natural drought” will come. The price of food will skyrocket. Then, they will say that there is a “solution”. They will have us begging for HAARP and chemtrails to bring an end to this “natural” drought. But, then again, that is just MY PERSONAL prediction so don’t form any crazy theories based on my personal opinion.

The ‘success’ of Katrina as a weapon was very dependent on stupidity in local and state government. There was ample time to plan and practice evacuations. (New Orleans has been on the gulf coast forever essentially.) Dozens and dozens of school buses that could have been evacuating people were destroyed when the levees burst. BILLION$ of dollars were appropriated to upgrade that system of levees in previous decades. The work was never done but, the money sure was spent. EPIC FAILURE!
