This quote, I think is from a Jordan Maxwell book, and he didn’t name the whistle-blower, so for all I know this could be made up. I have no way of verifying the truth value of the claim.

@bentotheclarke To better understand it, one should research this, but I will say the FEMA camps they say are to protect civllians against disasters, sort of like a shelter, even though these camps are known to have barb wire around them. It looks more like a prison to me. Perhaps even more like a concentration camp.
