@SarahLynnRichardson thats what I’m saying.. every scientist, every person who thinks the world is going to end… will be looking stupid, which is why they’ll lean heavily towards it.. yet add a “maybe… after 2012.. it’ll be 2024, or 2016.. some stupid shit… eventually they will be right.. til then.. we just gotta put up with it…

@zcg3 after 2012.. you’ll (acording to this) have to call it Northern Comfort. and the shift will not be as bad, from what I hear, it’ll be a degree or so.

People just hear “The end of the world” and forget the part “as we know it”. People are so god damn terrified that the world is going to end in some tragic way but never stop to think that maybe something completely different will happen.
And if death is inevitable and we have no control over a 2012 apocalypse, why worry?
