2012: Earth’s Equator After 40 Degree Pole Shift (Closeup)
By
www.timeline2012.net This video illustrates approximately where the new equator will be located after Earth’s pole shift in 2012. This is based on data which indicates the pole shift could be as much as 40 degrees, placing the new North Pole in upper Mongolia. The white icon in the middle of the video marks the line of the new equator.

@tigershifter I thought the same thing about the pole/axis shift. What is depicted here and in most other videos seems ridiculous. I suppose such belief is an example of the bandwagon effect (google it).
As for the axis shift, I suggest people read about angular momentum.

The Europeans will not be freezing to death ……. There’s plenty of room for them in Australia and thanks to the recent floods , plenty of water as well .

@DaRkLyDrEamiNg000 dont jinx us all lol

nice video, but what you illustrated was an axis shift not a pole shift. Pole shift changes are where north on a compass points.
And for all you idiots out there that keep bringing up y2k, dont know what you are talking about, no one ever said it was going to be the end of the world, well maybe a few nut jobs. But the issue of y2k, was a computer glich that was fixed just before y2k, which kept all of the computers from crashing.

Im about to turn 32 and anyway you look at it I think we are living in the best times of recorded history. Over population and a world disaster will happen, not if but when. Hope for the best and try to prepare for the worst, enjoy every day, life is to short as it is.

So the uk pretty much stays where it is but just twists 40degrees in angle ..
Would make sense why ive heard it faired well in previous shifts..Just not too much high ground here unfortunatly so many will perish if it happens..

I believe Planet Earth IS wobbling! I’ve been watching the Moon. I live in Ohio 50 mi S/W of Clev.OH. One night the Moon sets in the N/W sky, and is gone B-4 I get up at 6:00am. 4, or 5 days later, the Moon sets in the W,and is still up at 7:00am? This morning Feb. 23rd @ 6:00am the Moon was STILL @ 12 O’clock in the SOUTHERN sky! I”m not “seeing things”, but at the same time,” I can’t believe what I’m seeing”? It’s like the N. Pole’s go’in up & down? Anyone else seeing what I’m seeing ?

@leg1978 The US is not freezing up, they’re just cry babies. I’ve lived in Canada all my life and the winters are getting shorter and warmer.

@DaRkLyDrEamiNg000 I like what you’re saying but I’d replace ‘asteroid’ with solar flares/CMEs on the scale of the Carrington event (1859) or higher.

@DaRkLyDrEamiNg000 You can go anywhere in this universe in an instant by using pure thought. As for the super volcano I am sure when the tectonic plates move it will open up a cavern in which the magma will seep down into disapating the lava flow.

@Laughter116 The North pole has been moving towards Russia throughout all known recorded history… slowly till now… its making jumps at times now due to many variables

finally.. a cold winter in the philippines…
February 28th, 2011 at 2:00 am
uhh i dunno.. but doesnt it all seems to indicate that its shifting in the opposite direction? i mean USA n Europe are freezing up (going upper north) and Argentina and Chile are warming up like hell (moving toward the ecuador)? just wondering…

@DaRkLyDrEamiNg000
i hope you’re right……
February 28th, 2011 at 2:55 am
yes!!! canada is going tropical WOOOOO go go poleshift!
February 28th, 2011 at 2:58 am
@zenpaganwarrior It was such a grand accomplishment when we dropped the weight approx. the size of a small bus on the moon to collect dust samples. Just figure I’d blurt that out.
February 28th, 2011 at 3:53 am
The Earth has already shifted…have you noticed the moon in the last couple of years? It’s way off it’s normal phasic line, bowled over…and supposedly time has sped up over the last 5 years, and we’ve already gone through 2012. All illusions are peeling away. Egypt is just the start. The old world indeed, has ended! Rejoice, people.

This has no scientific basis people. If you find these subjects interesting please read factual information, not youtube nonsense. Magnetic fields can flip and has done before, but the equator (the position where the earth is closest to the sun on equinox – 2 specific dates) (look it up) cannot move under any probable causes, other than major gravitational or impact force.
February 28th, 2011 at 5:07 am
@Laughter116 how do we know it will turn at all? physics of this oblique planet say to shift on its axis would be very improbable
February 28th, 2011 at 5:24 am
It appears that the Great Lakes are on the equator, is that right?
