The first half of it seems like pure pseudoscience, howvever the mention of Walter Russell is interesting & you should have a look at his work if you haven’t already, came across it after watching some vids of cold fusion where transmutations r supposedly happenin (amazing the synchronicities).This was 1 of Russells areas & predicted tritium found in cold fusion, he also dabbled in the metaphysical or what he called universal oneness.
